Thanks Al: Indeed your arrow has found the heart of being.

When my mind is allowed to roam at the expense of the heart and the

Source all is amuck. Especially, in my case, perhaps others also,

pain and all the illusions that follow can be reined in more easily

than the illusions that develop from pleasure. Expection, desire,

and the forgeting that the true self only can reach the source of the

divine. Reminding one's self and others is a virtue of the soul.

Yes, I think its good to remind oneself that the Source is one's own

self, instead of being something foreign or external to oneself.
