When I woke up this morning I had for a very brief moment the feeling

of being only consciousness. Very strange, yet is was an extremely

normal feeling. Super-normal. Like being the real me. Nothing other

than the _lack_ of having any concerns about the world or the body.

Yet fully aware of it all as normal. So natural! When the feeling

disappeared it was only a very faint hint of dissapointment in me. So

the step between this new feeling and my ordinary waking state

feeling cannot be too great.

I think I will begin practise to become that state. Much more fun

than being worried about the future " me " and my body all the time. :-

) I don't think this new feeling was an illusion. I think it was a

hint about a much more solid reality than what the identification

with only the body is.

When you _only_ identify yourself with your body, then, is there not

something you are missing? Where is the _complete_ picture about

yourself if you see yourself as _only_ a body with a separate

conscious mind in it?

Yes Fox, it is a meaningless concept. Now, there is a feeling of

a 'you' viewing a universe in 'your' brain. Once that feeling of

a separate " you' is gone, the feeling of a separate universe goes

with it. Then, seamless perception happens. And no one is there to

see a universe dwelling in a you.

do not try to become that state... u can only BE that state... if u

try to " become " that state, u will only be obstructing it... u r

already THAT... how can THAT " become " THAT???

the body-physical is the means from whence consciousness knows

itself...

everything is a reflection of you (it is folly to seek one's own

reflection)... there is no other

i am god, satan, jesus, krishna, buddha, allah, brahman... all of

that... i am all there ever was, is or shall be...

thou art that
