In order to achieve serenity one must cultivate it in

every moment and situation. To slow down the speed

moving, walking and talking will help you to establish

the foundations of a serene life.

 

Si quieres alcanzar la serenidad debes cultivarla en

todo momento y situación. Reducir la velocidad al

moverte, caminar y hablar te ayudarán a establecer los

cimientos de una vida serena.

Hmm... Maybe a satori is to see that there is only mind and the world
