Guest guest
The philosophy of the Nisargadatta teaching as per my perception is " One to know who I am. The basic knowledge of I AM is without name/shape etc. Subseqent knowledge gathered or tought . and that is not self knowledge. That basic knowledge one should adhere to forgetting or keeping away any subsequent knoweldge earned /gathered. stay put in the basic knowledge - that is divine enjoyment. Any other knowledge is only mind play or word play. The maya i. e the material attraction will try to drift you away from the divine enjoyment and to avoid this drifting away one should the sadhana i.e. may be dhyanam, bhajan, meditation is just like daily shaving to keep you everfresh mood. It becomes just like breathing which one need not have to do knowingly/intentionally it just happens without knowledge. Reaching this stage is only the ULTIMATE.
