Guest guest
To see who you really are you have to take a step back from your thinking and land into your own pure awareness. Your awareness is the no-thing, that clear, pure transparent awake brilliance which is aware of everything you experience. Land in that center of yourself and then you don't need to know who you are, then you _are_ that which is above knowledge. :-) /AL
Guest guest
Well said. I might add that the sense of a " center of yourself " disappears once " assimilation into awareness " is complete. Once assimilation into awareness is complete there is no stepping forward, backward, anyward. Guest guest
but I see the clarity at the center of me. >>>> So give up the notion of a *center*... realize that ultimately all of space must be a single point in which all is contained, that there is no distance, no boundary anywhere. Any sense of " central tendancy " is counter to that. Any sense of " center " is illusion. >> That's where I am heading, Give up heading anywhere. Again, a sense of direction is illusion. In the vibration of this moment there is not room for any boundary, any direction. In the vibration of this moment there is only aliveness. Taste the aliveness. Why " head " anywhere? You can't get away from this moment. You may as well relax and enjoy it! The *real relaxation* isn't something one DOES. It is realizing that even the " pain body " stuff is OK. It is all OK. You don't have to sort out the good from the bad. Afterall, talking about " pain body " or " ego contraction " is just a fancy way of saying *bad*. Maybe Tolle's concept is useful at some point.
