Yes, loneliness is a thought/feeling and thoughts and feelings do

have an enormous power, yet when we look at it closely, there is

no 'me' as a separate object. In fact, there are no objects at all,

only the mind having thoughts and feelings giving the appearance of

objects. A stone for example is only a thought/feeling in your mind.

The stone is not an object. Even if you held a stone in your hand,

this stone *and* your hand would only be a quantum field of energy,

and even that energy is not a 'thing' in itself. So in reality, there

is no separate entity able to be lonely, only the appearance of a

separate entity feeling lonely.

Look at yourself, your mind, your body and the world as one single

appearance happening now with nothing to come after this moment.
