The truth may be that you have lived for zero seconds!

 

Can change start from no change? No. Why? Because that would be

change. When we have a state of no change, that means no change.

 

Can we find a first change somewhere in the past? No. We cannot find

a first 'cause'.

 

There is only now. Time began now. The first 'cause' is now. Can you

see?

 

What about yesterday? The truth is probably that yesterday has never

happened. Yesterday is happening now!

Yes, but the thinking mind is seldom in the now. It's almost like the
