Guest guest
When you sense time running you feel it in your entire being, in your body, in your entire mind, in your thinking your feeling; your very ground for being a somebody is bathing in this jarring nervous field called the time body. What is the time body? In you there is knowledge and experience that says what you want yourself and the world to be. This knowledge is like a perfect tree make of ice. And if the world will line up and match this perfect tree, then the time body will be at peace. But the problem is that the ice tree - although being perfect - is rigid, and the world is like a flowing river, sometimes fierce, sometimes floating peacefully. Even when the world and your life flows peacefully there will be conflict with the ice tree. Only if the river was frozen in time, this ice tree would line up with life, but then it would not be life but death. The constant struggle to make this ice tree (which is manifested in your entire nervous system, in every cell of your body) line up and match you life and the world around you is the time body. What is the time body made of? The time body is the conflict between the ice tree and the living moment. The ice tree is your knowledge, your opinions, your fears, your experiences, in short, the entire 'you'. Another name for the ice tree is: the ego. The entire 'you' is a frozen lifeless and limited 'thing' trying to cope with the infinite river of life as if itself was separate from life. /AL
