Guest guest
A good spiritual practice is to stay in pain and suffering. Stay in the sour mood, boredom, depression, frustration, anger, loneliness, envy, fear, pride and shame. Stay in that pain! Let the pain be transmuted into clarity and relief. Then, after what might seem like an eternity of suffering, pain and sheer unbearable agony, a jacking into the timeless ground point can happen. Pain and suffering is also the small maybe unnoticed annoyances like waiting in traffic for the green light. /AL
