Guest guest
The human intellect is perfect in creating labels and putting them into a meaningful context, but the human intellect is limited. Therefore every human being living from his or her 'thinking mind' will always be unable to cope with the changing present moment. The perfect 'map' created by the intellect about how the world should be, is, although a good map, always out of synch with what is actually experienced in one's life. Why? Because this map is not only made of a limited past, but is also a fixed and static construct, and can therefore never catch up with the living present moment. Because of this, the human intellect feels restless when not being able to shape the world into what is wanted. And since the human intellect is seeing the world through the filter of this 'map' which is nothing but concepts, labels, it becomes bored. And since the human intellect cannot cope with its own projection called the future, it will always be anxiety-ridden. /AL
