Either you have control over everything, or nothing, or you might

find yourself locked in an inner struggle. Having control over

everything is the same as having control over nothing. Having partial

control equals struggle. Only the release into effortless being can

bring true freedom.

You have to let it all go.........fear, doubt and disbelief.

Free...................your.....................mind!

How can you let it go, if it's there?

I have no idea what I am, but what's there, is there, until it isn't,

and no proclamation can change anything about it.

Exactly. So how can I let anything go?

Fear, doubt, and disbelief can only be there when there is partial

control. With total control, what is there to fear? No control equals

total control. You say that you have no control, but if that was

true, that would mean you have total control, and with such power,

what is there to fear? The fact is that you believe you have partial

control, that you are a separate fragment having to cope with

the 'external' world. This leads inevitably to an inner

conflict.....which results in the very opposite of peace.

The idea of letting go in order to attain peace, total control or

whatever, is a part of the conflict.

Yes, that's the trick with: " You have to let it all go - fear, doubt

and disbelief " . When there is total control, then there is nothing to

let go of. So this is more of a pointer to the realization that there

is no one to let go of anything.
