Guest guest
Ok! I think I'm starting to understand how you guys work! Ok! hey! I just awoke!! man!! hi hi! I'm bubble man!! While I was waiting reading you guys. respectfully of course waiting for the moment for you to let me talk. You were all the time waiting for me to speak. Donny said it to me in one of her postings: just tell your truth, and I replied: What do you mean? your truth? Continuing the conversation!!! Oups! What she wanted to say is just tell me your truth. Alberto's truth. Ohh! That is why Pete, your are thinking I am hiding, playing with you guys! I see?? oups! That is not the case!!! at all !!!!! I feel like a Donkey!! :X) I participated to become more familiar with how it works with the computer and I tried to understand you understanding of the way. Don't want to add something that the person already knows! I red you guys and commented some of the postings. I understand now. Sorry guys! 1st I don't say something to someone that he already know? Because he already knows it. I tried to tell you things and you didn't listen. I won't knock you because you don't want to hear about my vision of the way!!! Come on!!! You know what I mean. So I continued to read posting and once and a while I replied. 2ndly I don't know what is the understanding of all of you guys??? So It is for me very very difficult to speak freely. That is all! I already tried. but you didn't listen what I said. or just a bit! My friends my english is poor, I am mastering the ?%?$#$#@ computer and my love of the way is such that I wanted to discuss it with you guys! Is as simple as that!! Don't forget I am naive!! just a bit! I am a french canadian.( physicaly in Quebec) French canadian don't understand, english Canadians, probably english canadian don't easyly understand Americans so on!!! Please be patient with me!!! That said if someone asked me what is my understanding of the way I will be more that happy to say my truth. I'm sorry Donny. I dind't know! :0) I won't tell what you don't want to hear! I'm not like that!:0) Alberto,
Guest guest
Alberto! There is no problem, just go on posting as you already did. Whatever you feel, whatever comes to your mind and whenever you like! Some people here try to be clever, others try to be honest, others try to show something, others try to find something. Many are possibly only reading and not posting at all, so we dont even meet them. Others are only posting but not reading. So what? Dont get confused by this, it is hard to get into a real dialog here. For example, I dont have always time to reply, because I have to dance. Haha! Another thing, I live in Greece, here it is a quarter to midnight. I will go to sleep in a while. And during my sleep you guys are going on posting and when I wake up I get all the postings via email. I think everybody likes you here around :-)). Your english is no problem, I understand everything and it sounds very nice. If I would not understand something I would ask. But I think I understand you even if I dont understand, you know what I mean!!! BTW, I have a little program called " babylon " and whenever I see those strange words of toombarus (for example) - that I never have heard in my life - I hit the word with the mouse and there is the German translation! Great little program. Therefor I know now what a " minnow " is: it is a fish that I dont know! Haha!!! But I wonder if anybody can live from the shadows of unknown fishes... I am afraid the family of the fisherman will simply starve... I am not making fun of Toombarus, but I want to provoke him, because he never shows up behind his words... at least not for me. But maybe he never will... I cannot look into his eyes... such is the internet... you can talk and still hide. No problem, everybody as he likes. Look, he is always saying what we already know, so you can do it too!! You are doing great here... believe me, there are no hidden rules. It just goes its way... Lots of love to you Stefan

I enjoy everyone's ideas, and I guess I have a bit of a thick head, so I need a very heavy stick. I suggest you all head out and pick up a very sturdy one,,,my head is very hard. I learned long ago that I seem to learn best when people just come out and say whatever they want, but I don't mean that anyone should do what I want or need. I embrace your need to do/be/express whatever way you want. I might have to ask questions to understand, but I'm prepared to do that. I'm from Alberta, Canada, and I've heard Quebec is a wonderful city. How can I not like the French Canadians. It would be as futile as hating my left arm. I don't agree with some of the choices people make, but that doesn't have much to do with being French, do you think? It's o.k. for me if you can't speak English very well. I'll continue to ask if I don't understand. As I say, it's really hard for me to convey ideas too, especially writing on a forum. I can't remember who on the board recently offered up the pearls that said, " they wonder if we really do want enlightenment " sorry, I can't remember exactly how it was phrazed. But this same thought has crossed my mind many times in my own experience. When I read it my heart leaped a mile. I'm so grateful to hear someone else echoing my words on this board, and I so feel love for you for that. I know in my head I'm not all alone, but in the world it's not easy to share ideas with any ole' person you meet on the street. And here I see a place to open up. Maybe loneliness is an illusion, but it feels very real when there's no one to talk to about things. Thank you all so very much. And, thanks to whoever posted the analogy (the other day) of bubbles in the bubble bath rising out of the water and disappearing into nothing. Advaita is in everything isn't it. I'll never look at bubble baths the same way. Now I'm going to take Stefan's good idea and go dance. much love, ~*~ Donny ~*~ ------------------

Guest guest
Devendra, Look above: Achilles said: Another thing, I live in Greece, here it is a quarter to midnight! As spiritual lesson: Whatever you may think you are Devendra Reality remains unchanged. You can be a buddha or a slave. You need to read the postings properly (learning) and you need to become better (to adapt yourself to the situation). Do you really think that all the Realisers know everything every little aspect and details of life? They don't most of them quit worldly stuff to stay in Samadhi! Don't get bound by ignorance! Guest guest
Hi Masti, you are saying in that dialog that you try to meet god in every person. This is beautiful. Godliness (I like this word more than " God " ) is in everything. So you see Godliness in others, but in reality you are seeing yourself. Because it is the same Godliness that is in you or in everything else. It is not different in different beings. It is always the same light, reflected. This is what your friend wanted to express, I suppose. When you look at others you are seeing yourself. And when you meet a friend there is the chance to look on yourself through his eyes. This is a rare chance. In the end you can find that you both are one. I think Alberto can explain this better than me! I am only talking about what I " feel " how it is... Your friend said: >then there is never a walking away from the moment and the >perfection of functioning in this moment as it is I think he wanted to say, that from the standpoint of non-duality there is no walking away. If you are looking at the whole existence beyond time and space... where should you walk? There is no away -- there is no way -- no past nor future -- only presence. Does this make sense to you? I guess you knew it all!!! Greetings Stefan Nisargadatta , Masti <mastteddy> wrote: > Thank you Stefan!!! You know something, your long mail assuring Alberto that he was, in fact, in a place where he belonged as much as everybody else inspired me to post this exchange to you. > > Will be grateful if you could comment on what my friend said to me and vice versa. Also please dont hesitate to point out a mistake, which I may have made in the exchange as partnering otherwise strong people in their moments of stress is an acquired expertise. I dont have it, just spoke to him from the heart...so yes would appreciate your point of view..plz share it
