Guest guest
One of the traps of the spiritual path is the obese ego in the narrow doorway. It's sad to see seekers spend years looking for a way out, just to get stuck in it when they find it. But some people, comically, become very proud, and self- satisfied, as soon as they realize they don't really exist. Imagine that! Ego inflation is a common phenomenon. And very easy to spot in these lists. Easy that is, for others, not for the inflated ego itself. Usually, they are prone to list their spiritual accomplishment when people don't take them seriously: " I can... I had... I realized... I'm the Self... And they become very angry, and write long indictments about their imagined competitors, as if, there is room only for their own view. These people are often, their worse enemies. Their long tirades are embarrassing to read, but they cannot see that because they have only eyes for themselves and their accomplishments. Not a pretty sight, Pete
