Great, Devi... thanks a lot. I just read the first passage about the function of the " Guru " at http://www.atmapress.com/Nisargadatta/1_Grace_of_the_guru.htm Maybe Pete would like to read this, it illustrates what I tried to say about my experience with the masters, and why I dont think an internet list could become a Guru. Which did not mean at all that such a list would be useless!!! Namaste Stefan

Hi Devi, of cause you are right. Thank you for putting this straight. I just got carried away... by my wish, somebody should find a personal Guru, just to know, how it is. >do i think an internet list can be a Guru...sure i do....but, i >prefer the personal live contact that a living Guru can give.... I agree, in a way " anything " can become the Guru. >everyone has their own path to follow, some use the standard methods >some use very irregular methods....stay open Yes, I will try. Thank you for the reminder. I became too much involved with the affairs of others here on this list. Namaste Stefan
