P: It would be nice if you tell us

what this useless thing is, so that

we could decide for ourselves. :)

P: Supposing you really believe that, what difference does

it make in your daily life?

......and if you can get a really good look at " your daily life " .........you just

might consider making some of those changes you've been thinking about.

P: Yes, daily life is all you got. All you are. If not, leave

it behind, chuck it off. Quit work, wife and kids. Can you do that?

No! You're your daily life. To know your daily life means nothing,

and yet to

love it so much, to know you are free, and yet be a prisoner of what

you love, that could create a certain fear of freedom.

So what difference does it make, that you think you can do nothing?

It gives you an excuse to be who you are, to postpone facing freedom

in all its indifference for what you love. No?

I'm not suggesting you do any such thing. Just pointing at the gulf

that yawns between what we talk about here in this lists, and how we

really live.

Just a thought.

P: Talking about humans, that wonderful force for death

and mass destruction, I read yesterday, they found

a new species of Homo in the Island of Flores in

Malaysia. It was still alive 13,000 years ago. An

adult was only the size of a 3 year old, but very

human-like. They made tools, used fire, and hunted

animals as large as the pigmy elephant, which weighted

3000 pounds. So these little fellows new how to hunt

in groups and used strategy. They seem to have been

wipe out by a volcano eruption, but were doomed, anyway.

Mankind would have exterminated them in due time.

Yep! Hear that too about these hominids. Some evolutional theories

probably has to be rewrite. See no further implications. Perhaps, it

wasn't a vulcano eruption which wiped them out but rather already

mankind. Who knows? :)
