The state of waiting is no fun. Not only is it boring, it is also

somewhat painful. So then I tell myself that I want this state to

get the hell out of my experience. Meaning what? Meaning I am

waiting for the state of waiting to go away. Hopeless, isn't it?

SOOOO FUCKIN' FRUSTRATING!!! (sorry about that uncontrolled eruption

of FRIGGIN' DESPAIR!!! :-)

Many wouldn't be able to post such a message. I guess it's actually

adressed to yourself but ok, here, my take on it and, two pence.

Take that frustration and live it unmitigatedly out in meditation.

Sit down, hold the back erected but not stiff. Close your eyes.

Concentrate first on your breathing. Between expiration and

inspiritation count until 3 or 4. When breathing has calmed down,

begin to observe the frustration. Live it out. Hold it in focus.

Don't move, that's important; don't look at the watch, for example.

Take your time; there are always 20 or 30 minutes. No hurry. As you

well know from Balsekar, there is no sense in fighting against

involvement. Observe it, just as it is for you. Then stand up. Do

something, which has been waiting until YOU stop to wait. Clean up

the backyard or take a run. Wash the disches or polish the door

handles. Take care of something. So much about Balsekar's vertical

thingy. Meditate later again.

It isn't you, who are waiting. There are many things waiting for you

to be done. But, Al is involved in getting rid of experiences. Don't

give them food!

That's all.

Thanks. I am in a very disconcerting state right now. It feels like

living in two worlds. One is the ordinary tick-tock world and the

other is something I feel is behind the veil of this world of seeming

conflict. I get a sense of total harmony behind the conflict in this

world but this harmony is so infinitely far out that imagination

cannot reach it. On the surface of my life things go on, but my inner

sense of this world is taking a new turn. Things could get really

interesting the coming years. :-)
