Guest guest
Blinded by the appearance of activity the brain identifies with activity in all its forms: the activity of thoughts, the activity of emotions, of wanting, rejecting, and controlling. In this whirl of activity, that in which the apparent movement is happening is lost. And lost with it, the only reality there is: You are not the movement, you are not change, you are not, period. Only the stillness, the vacuity, in which appearance floats is, only the unnameable presence which doesn't even call itself " I " is. Subside, be still, silent, attentive let the identification with movement fade, and movement and emptiness will merge into only " This.
