Guest guest
What the mind calls " I " is its own activity. Whithout activity of any kind there is no sense of " I. " So the mind only pretends to seek rest, peace, stillness and silence. It fools itself by seeking through doing, thru learning, thru inquiry, and discussing spirituality. It's all a sham to avoid finding that which it pretends it seeks. That activity is not the self, is not the 'I am.'Stop, rest, totally cease, and then, it is there: that, this that only Is.
