Guest guest
The son of a barren woman is an illusion, as a movie is an illusion. Yet the film is real, and the still pictures are real. The illusion is created by the lingering of images in the mind, which gives them continuity. So, in that way, the entity is an illusion in memory, created by the lingering of perceptions, emotions, thoughts, and recollections all stored in memory. The faster the mind the more compelling the reality of the illusion. When the mind begins to slow down the gaps between the pictures begin to appear obvious. The emptiness of the theater, it's darkness come to the foreground. Then the show is no longer compelling, only mildly entertaining, but the show must go on, and to another it might seem that nothing has changed. That the son of the barren woman is still real. To another it might seem the show has become holy, enlightened, but it's only another illusion. Only the emptiness, and the darkness where the film is being projected are there. But hey, why not? :-). :-).

Odysseus: hi hi Ok! Lets talk. The son of a barren woman is an illusion. It is not an illusion it is a metaphore to explain something to be understood. Not something to be worship or taken as Reality. Illusion does not exist by it self but just to opposit the real. As a mirage. It is when you wake up that you say my dream is an illusion. Not when you are in. You are still in the dream (Maya, life) how can you call anything illusion as the only reality if you are not awaken yet, (or dead let's say) You are in the dream and that dream is your reality. As long as you are in the dream. The dream is our true Reality. If you don't believe that the dreamer, can somehow, truly be awaken (buddha), or Liberated from the dream, how can you get out of Maya? With your dreamed mind? With your dreamed intelligeance? This is truly profound search or sadhana. And you did your sadhana my dear friend and you are still in it so I'm very surprised to hear you saying that there is nothing to do. That all is done etc. That nothing exists etc. If it was true. First you wouldn't be here trying to teach anything. It is the most absurd thing that I ever heard. Nothing exist. All is not true. But you are still here trying to teach or help the non-real people to understand that they are not real??? ha ha ha! Can you imagine that? Do you really think that when I wake up in the morning I try to go back to my yesterday dream to tell the unreal people in my dream that they are untrue that they are just an illusion??? That they are in the mind, projection, Self etc? Ha ha ha! Practice what you preach! An illusion is an illusion. If all is illusion nothing counts, as a real dream. Yet what you tell us counts, your teaching counts, etc, You unholyness counts. (against holyness) Anyway. Pete: Yet the film is real, and the still pictures are real. Odysseus: Damn right. Understanding that he was not his leg, took a gun and shoot his leg. The same with the other leg. He continued his sadhana and understood because he is very bright that the hand that olds the gun also was not him. He took the gun with the other hand and shoot his right arm. You can visit him at down town hopital. Lost two legs and a arm. Now he says that he has not finished. So he started neti, neti, inquiry. I passed by and full of compassion went to see him. The guy asked me can you help me to see the truth? I answered well I can try. What are you looking for exactly? He replyied, the emptyness, the black state, where life is projected, the Truth!!! I said well, well I can help you then if this is what you are looking for and can bring you to that state very easily. He smiled. I took a knife and I cut off his eyes. AAAhhhhh. he said I finally see the Truth. I finally see Reality!!! He even bow to me!! Hi hi hi! Guru guru neti neti he said! :0) The moral: that is what he wanted... that is what he got!! :0) Pete: When the mind begins to slow down the gaps between > the pictures begin to appear obvious. You mean you cannot stop the show, is that it? Pete: and to another it might seem that nothing has changed. That the > son of the barren woman is still real. And yell all this is an illusion. It is not true. It is just light projected on a screen. Only the screen is true. One big huge man stood up and yell to me I know that you %% $$#@ If you don't don't sit down now you are going to see how my punches are Real. But you know me guys I studied advaita and neti neti. So there I understood that the man was no real. That the man was a fake. So I said to the man. You can go to hell you%%$$## hahaha! The morale: I spent three weeks at the children hospital. The illusion punches hit harder than the real human punches. Hey, I didn't know that!! I never red that no where!!!! P.S. Why Children hospital? Well as I said to Eric... I'm just two years old! :0 Odysseus,

But your chameleon way is: whenever someone is coming up with some REAL arguments, a REAL challenge to your writings... which could reach further and lead us somewhere... you dont answer and instead become very... personal. I have no idea why, that would be speculation. But it is obvious. By becoming so personal you are looking even more stupid because you are showing how you have no wits, dont understand humour at all, take everything very serious... and in reality it is YOU who did not understand. Whenever somebody is truly showing you the shortcomings of your thinking and you have the chance to go a step further you are acting (predictably) like a helpless maniac whose only way is to use rude words and be insulting. How long will you go on with this? At least, if you want to be taken serious in some way, you should learn how to behave in front of adult people. You can see that I do care for you... S. P.S.: I cannot detect a profound difference in your and toombarus thinking. You both did not even understand the basics of Nisargadattas teachings and are obviously stuck in the vicious circle of your half cooked intellectual concepts. You both seem to be more interested in words than in truth.
