Doesn't make sense, let's indeed leave the issue for private

correspondence and speak about the rule per se:

- the precise point you want the rule applied above i never heard,

maybe i missed a post.

- The point you bring forth means actually the interdiction to

mention a person because she was once banned, in sofar as mentioning

her and suggesting her coming back (which you often did here with me

as a question to devi for example) is not a questioning of authority

or your decisions, i'm not even trying to criticize or point you to

your duties.

- You'd look fine if you banned Joyce or Eric because some name has

been mentioned, without any context of critique, harassment, dissing

etc. ... totally uncalled for ... what brings one closer to an abuse

of power?
