Guest guest
Toombaru: The secrets of mind will never be found by the mind...... Odysseus: When you say the mind, do you mean the thoughts process or the Mind as in One mind, Non-dual Mind?

Odysseus: Ha ha ha! Because it can. And you know it. Deep within you , you have the intuition that you can know more, and more. There is something that pushes you to know more and more. Pushes you to realise yourself, to finaly understand Life! You are far from being an ignorant my friend. Why do you think about it day and night! ha ha ha! Love, > > In order for something to " see " itself..it would have to be separate from itself..... Odysseus: You are so right! But... I " see " my feet... and they are not separate from me at all! Wisdom is the silk road to your Self.

" Thought " is a caonept. " Mind " is itself a concept. " Non-dual mind " is an oxymoronic concept. There is no such " thing " as mind.....thought....of non-dual thought. Thinking about thoughts....is a very strange process....when you think about it.... t.

When we look at something or hear something or feel something, then there is both thoughts and the direct perception. However, the sense of being aware need not be accompanied by thinking. In the field of awareness, sense perceptions , thoughts and emotions happen. What many sages call clarity is the direct perception of awareness itself (I believe). Sensing the field of awareness itself is sensing that field in which understanding in the form of thoughts happen. Thinking is only a small part of awareness. /AL

Odysseus: :0) You can see it that way, ok. But is your wife a concept? You kiss a concept? " Marketing " are concepts! Ideas! Not you, not your wife. You can say yes. All I see are thoughts in my brain! But who's brain? Thought's brain? the brain thoughts? I am an Illusion. Ok. Who's aware of the illusion, the illusion? You can call your wife concept, Go tell her. Wife you absolutly are just a concept for me! You will see what the concept will do ;0. You will sleep on the sofa tonight! ha ha ha! Well on the sofa concept. :0) As long as we protect the Ego. The ego cannot be transcended because " we " give him life! " We " the mind outside of the thoughts process. Toomb: Thinking about thoughts....is a very strange process....when you think about it.... Odysseus: This process is Atma Vichara or self-enquiry. Ramana suggests Who am I? Unfortunatly you can suggest to " do nothing " only to already awaken masters. But the problem is that they don't care anymore. they reached what they were looking for! :0))) The Master said to the student : Don't think! And the student spent his lifetime thinking about it!!! :0)The purpuse is to stop thinking not to think more about the thinking! and I say the purpuse just for those who take that road.
