Guest guest
" The awakening happens through the subject, it is not appening in the objective reality, it happens through the subject. The subject or I is a gateway to the dimension of awakening. That's why the question, " Who am I? " is the foundation. " " The state of ignorance is a very narrow perspective, where one is fully identified with the mind, where one simply is the mind. Here, the movement of throughts creates our identity, our false identity. It is not the mind which is wrong, but the fact that we are lost in it, not being able to experience our isness in separation from thinking. The mind is simply a tool to be used, but it is not who we are. In our awakening process we are adding to the mind a clear and whole experience of Me or I Am. We are adding to the mind the experiencer of it! " " The excessive identification with the Me in motion, and the unawakened awareness of Me in itself, are the symptoms of what is called ignorance. Ignorance simply means a lack of wholeness. The sense of being is most fragmented and distorted. There is no center of presence. Each thought and emotion creates a separate Me, a mirage without substance. Complete identification with the psychological stream does not allow one to experience any sense of cear identity, any real coneciton with one's own self. One is deprived of basic peace and sanity. " " But who is remembering this 'I' to which you refer? This question has given a headache to thousands of seeker in the past and will give the same headache to thousands in the future. But the answer is surprisingly very simple. The one whom you remember is the State of Presence. And the one who is doing the remembering is the dynamic extension of this core 'I' which is intelligence. Intelligence is responsible for remembering.
