Guest guest
The journey into " No thoughts " Hi friends, the first step Awareness… No thoughts… Reaction… Choice… Clarity… How to reach them? I guess I found some analogy Imagine… you play the ping-pong and you caught the ball with your weakest hand. You did it automatically. There was no time to think about the whole process, which could analyze the ball trajectory or how to move your arm, squeeze the fingers and so on… Awareness… No thoughts… Reaction… Choice… Clarity… It is with everything. Love to all, Leo

The human body is a living expression of nature. Its Alive The organisms energy and life force is controlled by glands and nervous system. The natural flow of energy is from the base of the spine straight up to the thinking brain. Hold back the thoughts and you will feel it in your chest area. Yogas been doin it for some time. With practice you will easily be able to do this for longer periods of time. Energy and nervous system and glands is basically what its all about. About the only thing one can do is 'learn' to relax. Its a learned behavious like anything else in life.
