Guest guest
In order to have a high quality life it is important to find the inner treasure of radiant peace which reflected into the body makes you and the world shine as one. The meaning of this somewhat silly statement is that you should depend on this moment as a continuous source of fulfillment. Personal relationships and other possessions can only be enjoyed if your inner being is overflowing with brilliant peace. /AL

Hopefully, you're still a young man, and you'll eventually grow out of this tendency to stick your head firmly into god's ass, er, I mean, the clouds. ;^) Just kidding, kiddo - you are a kid, right? Everybody who opens their mouth, or writes something down for publication - including - is revealing a little something about their OWN consciousness. They are NOT revealing a damn thing about the subject(s) they believe they are discussing - not even close - but only about their own consciousness, the way it operates in them. A speeding car passes by your window, and two teenagers are hanging out the window yelling epithets at passersby, and you become, well, incensed. So, you open your mouth and scream some response back to them, or maybe you compose an email and send it to , but either way, you are revealing a little something about your OWN consciousness, NOT about those goddamn unthinking unfeeling insensitive teenagers. Do you understand that? Or do you have some reply from the clouds for me?

Look who's talking! Revealing your anger, no? It has to be understood that the field of contraction in body and mind is immense in the average person. That hardened shell is sometimes trembling in anger. It can further be of interest to know that that anger, sometimes felt like a trapped atom bomb, cannot be released by merely hitting a pillow or from shouting at teenagers passing by in a car. There has to be an complete unplugging from the Matrix of separate-thinking for true release - and an opening up to peace - to happen. /AL
