Guest guest
Here u can find the Truth abt everything : 1> Responsiblity. 2> Relationship. 3> Love. 4> Duty. That is sufficient ! Answers to some questions : Which personal qualities does marriage cultivate? Ghanshyam Aswani, businessman: I have been married for long and can surely say that marriage helps a lot to build one's character and transform a boy into a man. Marriage has made me grow overall. There are many things that I can enlist here. But let me share the most important personal qualities that marriage helped me cultivate. First and foremost, it made me responsible. I think it happens with everyone. I was a carefree man before I got married and would not understand my basic responsibilities but as another person enters your life it doesn't take long for you to become responsible. Another important thing is that marriage made me self- dependent and strong enough to cope with others being dependent on me. Before marriage, I would depend on my parents and after marriage my wife and later my children were dependent on me. Then, marriage helped me to learn to care for others who were once complete strangers to me... my wife and her family and relatives. I am of an opinion that marriage helps you to grow completely as an individual. Arbaaz Khan, actor: Pre-marriage, I was living by the day... in the moment. I wasn't much worried about what future had in store for me. A little bit of reckless attitude with a little irresponsibility too. When you get married you get associated with a person. Your bond gets stronger. Along comes responsibility. It brings along a lot of changes. Your social status, the lifestyle that you were living as a bachelor stays no more. You have to respect the other person's presence in your life. I think marriage has made me a more calm, confident and responsible person. Marriage has definitely brought a positive change in me. Further, fatherhood took it to another level. I have become far more conscious about the future, about what I need to do. It became very easy for me to quit smoking after my son was born, which I couldn't think of earlier. When you are married, you are just a couple, but when you have a child, you become a family. It strengthens your marriage too. http://www.shaadi.com/wedding/love/triplespeak/050201-qualities-marriage-cultiva\ te.php
Guest guest
Yeah, It feels so wonderful to grow from a boy into a man. I also think the army is a great place to perform that task. Well, I don't love my wife and children but I feel hellishly responsible for them. In addition family life is of great help for a real man to find new friends in the pubs arround. Do you live with them? How does the fact that you don't love them make you feel? Do you love anyone? You brought this subject up, so I presume you want to discuss it. Guest guest
Hi Pete, Seems that I managed pretty well to satirize the role of a " real man " . A while ago I quoted to Anders a statement of Krishnamurti: " Where love ends, duty and responsibility start " . And this is and was the base of my mocking about a boy growing to be a man through responsibility in marriage. Damn, to have to explain one's jokes destroys them, I really could strangle you.
