Guest guest
Does anyone know what Nisargadatta's stance on diet was? Ramana Mahrshi advocated an sattva diet to help keep the mind clear, but I have never heard Nisargadatta's opinion on the matter.

When you know in your mind that everything you find to be good is good, then a pizza can be good for you, even though the regular dietist would go into orbit at the slightest mentioning of this possibility. But there is no balance in such view. And the evidence of this unbalance is overwhelming in modern society. /AL
