Guest guest
Pete, your comments on AL's various points are most illumining. I'm beginning to think that AL is your set-up guy, lobbing you softballs so you can hit them out of the park. Actually, AL reminds me a whole lot like myself and I can see my own mental torture and chasing the mind's tail around and around. I'm always going around repeating " I am pure consciousness " and stuff like that in my head, but I'm finally coming to the conclusion that telling myself " I am pure consciousness " is just perhaps one notch higher (or maybe not) than my OTHER perennial message to myself: " I am a complete fucking asshole. " I'm beginning to see the futility of ALL such mentation. AL, really, I really " get " that Pete's advice is extremely sound: Take a few days and cool out. I think I will do the same, haha. Just one final question: If the unicorn is the same as the pegasus, then it seems that what we are talking about here is not regular non- duality, but rather, " qualified non-duality, " correct? No, don't answer!! (I don't think it will help any, haha.)
