Dear Brother O,

If I bitch too much, I apologize. It is not my intention to bitch any

of the great names in spiritual tradition, whether Krishna, Rama,

Chaitanya or Buddha. The Niz and the Nazz included

What I meant to convey, however ineptly, was that, like good Zen

Buddhists, we shouldn't rely on the scriptures, the rituals, the

accepted beliefs, etc. of ANY religious tradition IF we want to go

beyond name and form (nama rupa).

That's really all I'm getting at. As stated before, I love the Gita,

I love Jesus, I love Ramakrishna and of course the Niz as well, among

others.

My position is simply this: I Am That. (That's it. The whole extent

of my " religion " .)

As for my spiritual credentials, I am an accredited swami. I

graduated in 1995 (with honors)from Spiritual University's Continuing

Ed Program (Online Division)with a BS degree (Batchelor of Swaminess).

Well what I meant by that statement was this: A person can either

follow the rules and regulations of his/her religion wiht the hope of

being rewarded in the after-life (that's what I meant by

being " good " ) or they can take to heart Ramakrishna's (and others')

admonition to " realize God in THIS lifetime " (that's what I meant by

becoming " God " ).

Good point! I agree, it doesn't really matter who you believe in.

What does matter is that you " arrive " at true Understanding. Krishna

in the Gita says something like " the fire of understanding reduces

all action to ashes. "

No, never did. I did meet Ramesh and Wayne Liquorman, though, and

was duly impressed by both.

In any event, I will stop bitching about the Masters and settle back

into pure, nondual awareness and enjoy the passing show.

Love,
