Both the self and the other become embraced into a higher state of beingness, where the whole is larger than the sum of the parts. /AL

This focus and preoccupation with affection misses the point entirely of what it is really used for. It's very simple. It's used as a measuring stick of whether or not you " like " something and whether or not source will continue to create " that " or stop creating " that " . It's simply the measuring stick/standard/guide for origin/source to determine choice and experience. People have blown this affection/love thing into something so overwhelming that the original point of it's purpose is largely lost. The convoluted aspect of affection is always and only for the self whereas the purpose behind affection is always and only for Origin/Source. There is a slight difference there. Do what you love, live where you love, be what you love takes on a different flavor when approached without the convoluted worship of love as goal rather than an acknowledgement of love for it's intended purpose as an avenue and not a goal. So God is love takes on a different meaning and is understood that one aspect of it is love just as it is mysery. Origin/Source doesn't know what works for it if --> applying this to future choice/creation and experience if it doesn't have a counteract to love, being that of sorrow or mysery. That's why one aspect is not better than the other but both love and mysery are integral parts of the system. It's very simple. Love/affection is used to gage whether or not you want to let go of something or perserve it. It determines if somethings working for you in a way that meets your/humanities needs. If it's not it's let go of/changed. Escape/fear only enter the picture when there is an over preoccupation and misunderstanding of the system of things and how it works together. ~*~ G
