Pete,

 

Are you saying that matter is prior to consciousness? What am I

missing? How did you determine consciousness is created by nerve

cells? Everything I've read, outside scientific stuff, says that

consciousness is prior to matter.

Hi Shawn,

 

You are not missing anything. It's the way that people, even masters, use

words like consciousness, mind, the Absolute, Self and others. They

usually don't bother to clarify if they are using mind as when one

says, " Are you out of your mind! " or as 'universal mind' or Absolute,

and the same goes for consciousness and self.
