Yes, I got out of bed this morning.

 

Why did I do such a thing? I can give you either the Long Version or

the Short Version.

 

I hereby submit tye Short Version: To remain in bed, while my wife is

still at home is JUST NOT AN OPTION. STOP. PERIOD.

 

I might not have gotten up at all, except to go the bathroom, had not

my wife began reminding me at 8 AM that the dogs needed walking and

that I had better get up in order to be at work on time. (She used to

be a Xian and keeps muttering something about rendering unto Caesar

that which is Caesar's. I forget the rest of it.)

 

I managed, after using nearly ALL my occult power, to get he to

settle for an 8:30 arising, but that was stretching things to the

limit.
