Guest guest
The love that we profess for " things " that appear to exist outside of our selves.....is a delusional narcotic.......and their apparent loss is merely the stripping off.... of a false sense of security that is attributed to " them " . We don't miss things...we miss the feelings that they induced. We just do not like looking at an empty mirror. toombaru

Love and it's opposite/dual of hate/fear needs a mirror to look at it or it doesn't exist. So much for love and feelings. {I said with teary feelings of love while thinking about a dying old cat.} If I had the money I'd clone it; is that the ultimate in love feelings? There's no need to search. It's right there All along. All *love* is a delusional narcotic. It keeps the balancing tightrope act going and if you fall off it you fall into the void, where there is nothing, not even love. No emotions to be stripped away. We just do not like looking in any empty mirror. You are a silver thread that glitters in the tapestry. If you don't like the dream, or the thread snags, just pull it out and stop the dream, only to dream something else. Without a mirror how would you see how lovely that silver thread shines on the cloth of your coat.

HAA! Now, I will stop itching this scratch and picking at this scab -- and stop being so obsessed with the concern for those that are picking and scratching at the scab -- you know the one that doesn't really exist? Must go make some dinner. \/ (..)

Yes, you are pure love. Unfortenately the eye cannot see itself. So you can only experience that which is _not_ yourself, that which is not love. Your cat is not pure love, but a pretty good approximation of pure love, so it's natural that you want to clone it. al.
