Anyway, since you are wondering, why not wonder

about this: could there be suffering without short term

memory (and I don't mean any memory of Mrs. Short

is dukkha) Well, you know what I mean, those people

who can't remember what hapened a few seconds ago.

So, is mental suffering solely a product of memory? If

your dearest die, but you forget about her death in a few

seconds, and no matter how often you are reminded you

forget, could you suffer? Even physical pain needs

memory to be really painful does it not? If it's ever fresh,

of this very moment, then it becomes quiet endurable,

is it not so?

Does having 'memory' of something needs to mean,

to ... " be thinking " about it ???

What is there when you are NOT thinking ?

....is it Dukkha ?
