Guest guest
Your manipulated and socially conditioned mind has you under its spell. If that part of you was a good authority then the problem would not be so severe. The problem is that it's a lousy authority. It's a tyrant pulling your strings. Just ask yourself how you feel, and you will know what I am talking about. Take your power back. You don't need _any_ authority to tell you what to do. al. Tame the will. That was an interesting expression. Maybe one can learn to have less harsh thoughts. The thinking mind is often violent, and without speed limits it runs away into all kinds of mischiefs. Therefore we are often afraid of making fools of ourselves. The thinking mind is afraid of itself. And it should be. Fear is needed to moderate the thinking mind as long as it has a tendency to run away too far into its own thought-world. The border between suppression and taming is a thin line. One has to let conflict heal in a patient manner. al.
