I went over the dialogue you had with Bobby M. that I saw someplace (I can't remember where). Being-Awareness. Awareness-Being. Gonna do it again tonight after my meeting. Thanks for the tip. BTW, I am right now reading the liner notes to " True Life Blues: an All-Star Tribute to the (Holy) Father of Bluegrass Music " that my wife helped produce for Sugar Hill records. When I mentioned our email exchange, she pulled the album out of her bag of tricks and showed it to me. Sam Bush, Doc Watson, Jerry Douglas, David Grisman and a mega-all star cast are on it. Peter Rowan, Roland White, Tim O'Brien, etc. If ur interested, I think I can get you a comp. E

Well, somebody's got it. I'm supposed to get it back, they said. I got stacks of CDs of Monroe. I got live shows recorded over a period of 1946 up to 1990. I just got the 1963 Mechanics Hall CD day before yesterday. These young blue grass people around here give them to me (I live in Columbus, Ohio and there are alot of us hillbillies here; Dwight Yoakum wrote that song about us: " Readin' and Writin' and Route 23 " ). I got live recordings of Monroe at the Opry in the late 40's with Flatt and Scruggs and Chubby Wise in the band. It's the scorchin'-est, hottest dam string music you'll ever wanna hear. Chubby Wise's fiddle is like white heat. It's beyond. Now, getting back to being-awareness, that's just the plain ol' honest truth: You know you exist, right? Come on, it doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. So, you know you exist; I AM. And, you know you exist because you are aware that you exist. And, that's all folks. That's the whole thing: Self-realization. It's what Ramana and Nisargadatta had been saying over and over and over. When it finally hit me, it was like, so sweet. I went into that samadhi thing or whatever you wanna call it. But, it's so sweet. It's like Nisargadatta said: " The Absolute cannot be remembered because It cannot be forgotten. " There's nothing to do, nothing to get: you are It. Yours, fuzzie
