" after his bodhi. then what remains is natural, or 'sahaj' as known in yoga. it needs no fixing, because it is the healing love-kindness itself. it is at peace with itself, and with everything else, including its identity (mind-memory), including the fact that it has " limitations " of perception and body (compared to supposed siddhis of kriya-yogis). it is existence-consciousness-bliss. Okay. I would say that awakening has no continuity either, and no one to claim it as a happening. There isn't really anything to bundle memories together in or by. And if you observe a memory closely, it isn't really fixed at all. Memories shift, they aren't static. And the one observing memory, being formed of memory, also has no fixity. So, the continuity of memory is believed in perhaps, and people talk as if it has that quality, and relatively speaking, that assumption works well enough to keep social roles in place. But beyond that, with acute observation, the assumption doesn't hold. Nothing is continuing, ever, except insofar as language and consensus assumption gives that appearance to things. Which isn't a problem. A social, consensus, and memory-based way of determining meaning has its place in the scheme of things. It's just that there is " much more, " which necessarily can't be said.
