Oh, freyja, I didn't mean to leave you off my list of people whom I

have come to know and love, conceptually and metaphorically speaking,

of course.

And I will NEVER tell you to foad, no matter WHAT happens.

Excuse me, it's time to go brew another cup. Today it's Viennese

Hapsburg Empire Archduke Ferdinand roast. Very ornate. It has sort

of a baroque flavor, and man o man does it pack a punch!

Are you kidding?

I'd rather be on Blackwell's best dressed list!

(Get it?...it would be a compliment to be on

Blackwell's worst-dressed list.)

Well, if you said it like Kevin Kline,

or Robin Williams, it could be funny.

You know, it all depends.....

comic genius and all

knowing when to fold, etc.

From Defending Your Life:

comedian on stage at the Way Station

(where Albert Brooks has come to be

judged about whether or not he has

to " go back " )

comedian to Albert Brooks:

Hey buddy, how'd it happen?

How'd you die?

Albert Brooks:

On stage. Like you.
