Seriously, my wife has been on my case about that situation as well.

 

Yesterday, in fact, I called to make an appointment with the

psychiatric nurse (I think that's his title) to whom I go to get my

Rx from, and made an app't. to go in talk about my " suppressed rage "

problem.

 

It was a " good " thought, freyja, and Thanks for your suggestion.

Nukunu had a very good description about anger and he said that for

example therapies like beating a pillow could often be an escape

rather than a solution because it was like trying to empty an ocean

with a tea mug. One must become totally absorbed by the rage and

become red in every cell of the body and just let it burn through you,

he said. :)

 

My own idea is that even that will not be enough because what's

causing the anger is fear, and you you don't want to mess with that

emotion lightly.
