Fuzzie,

I bow. Really and truly. As far as I'm concerned, you definitely da

man, da real man, da real thing.

But I gotta ask you a rather mundane question: whaddya do for money?

Life as you describe it sounds IDEAL to me, absolutely. You are

truly,TRULY, a man after my own heart, but I gotta tell ya, as if you

don't already know, the whole householder gig puts a lot of strain on

anyone's budding sadhu fantasies, that's for shit sure.

I'm not in any way complaining, cause I get that " it is what it is "

and in fact, could NOT be any other way, and householding does have

its great joys and satisfactions, needless to say. Then again, the

very idea of having NOTHING sends those thrills and chills right up my

kundalini-free spine. No shit, brother, you are like my ideal Chan

men of old, T'ang Dynasty style.

Fortunately or unfortunately, in this culture at least, if you are not

maxed out on at least 3 credit cards, you are not really an American

and probably a potential terrorist to boot.

Ah well, so many posts, so little time....................

Mr. Eman:

I'm poor. I go out and hustle little cartoon caricature drawings. I

live hand to mouth. I wasn't always this way. But, fate brought me

here. So, I just go with it.

I was a telemarketer once, back in the early 90's. Well, actually, it

was one of them phone psychic gigs. I fell in with alot of witches and

pagans and what not. One little Japanese girl who worked there taught

me how to do caricatures. I been doing em ever since. I'm not even

that good at it, but, I have so much fun with the people that they put

up with me. Anyway, I got a thing tonight at OSU (Go Bucks!). There'll

be lotsa youngsters there. They're always fun to rib and make a funny

pitcher of. I just want em to laugh. Like you make me laugh. I love to

laugh. I read somewhere that laughter is good for the immune system.

The old saw " Laughter is the best medicine " turns out to be true.

Your life sounds good, E. You got a loving wife and some wonderful

pets and a nice home and everything. The only reason you're not

realized is because you think it's something other than yourself.

That's the hang-up; mistaken identity. You are not the body; you are

not the mind. You are simply being-awareness. And, that is all. Do the

inquiry. You can do it at work or at home or anywhere. Keep doing it

til you don't need to anymore. It works.

Yours,

fuzzie
