I believe you. I only ask because these images -- Elysian Fields,

heavenly perfume, ananda, & c. -- can have such a seductive appeal

that at times, with the best intentions, they can be detrimental to

realizing Reality; they can become an unintentional goal. It's not

that I doubt the sweetness of them, or even the truth of them, as a

kind of compassionate shadow (a sort of reward) of image-free

Reality; but they have so many associations that can correspond to

mundane bodily life and subsequently spawn countless images, and

emotions associated with those images, in the mind.

The 'realizer' is an integral part of the 'reality " he is attempting to realize.
