I remember checking out Douglas Hardings web site about 6 months ago

and he calls his method of teaching the headless way.

He has some experiments that are interesting.Here are a couple

I remember off hand.

1. Stand up,extend your arm and point your finger at yourself.While

looking at your finger slowly turn in circles.You and your finger

remain still while the world around you moves.

2. While driving in a car notice that the world around you is moving

while you are not.

And a real good one for me was what you appear to be from different

distances starting from the microscopic cellular level to moving out

beyond our galaxy.

It can help understanding to know that from each point of the

manifestation,dream or whatever concept you prefer to use we have all

the seats at the show called life in which we are the totality of.
