Guest guest
P: Hey folks, Lewis just mooned us! " Moon River, wider than a mile, I'm crossing in style... " Nice moon, Lewis! ) Lewis: Yes. As it appears, it is me. As I move, all is me. When I read your words, your words are me. Nature is me. All that I come into contact with is me through all the senses known and unknown and is me all the time. What part of me is not one with all that is known and unknown by me. It is in me of me as it is. If you want to feel this walk or run in open area with your eyes closed in complete abandon or do so in swimming under water with eyes closed. My experience is that I am going nowhere, that I am in the same place, walking or running or swimming in place and all is me in the darkness. Visual fixity supports the impression of separatness, movement and time. If that impression is foregone in the ways that it can be you will notice clearly that there is no thing separate from you, no time or space. This is no mystical mumbo jumbo. It is a simple experience for me done with free movement with abandonment in complete darkness. At least, that is the way it is for me.
