Guest guest
In social life, family, job, society, groups, corporate world, political system, countries, ...you are almost sure to face 'threats' and 'attacks'. In fact, continual threat and attack is the primary basis of operating for many of these 'systems'. Being 'part of the system', you are bound to receive them again and again ... Typical response to a 'threat' and attach is ...FEAR ... Which then, transforms into many other forms including ...worry, tension, anxiety , stress, pain, anger, frustration, unease .... Fear is also the main factor that keeps mind continuously churning, speculating, anticipating, ...preparing and even rehearsing ... As long as you are 'in system', you will face direct and indirect 'threats' in many forms again and again ... How do you 'handle' and 'respond' to these threats without any 'internal' fear ... ( and, without any of its results such as anger, frustration, worry, anxiety, pain, tension, unease ... )
