>>> Fear is also the main factor that keeps

mind continuously churning, speculating,

anticipating, ...preparing and even

rehearsing ...

>>> As long as you are 'in system',

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

.....and, what is the meaning of

being 'in the system' .

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

>>>you will face direct and indirect

'threats' in many forms again and

again ...

>>>How do you 'handle' and 'respond' to

these threats without any 'internal'

fear ...

>>>and, without any of its results such

as anger, frustration, worry, anxiety,

pain, tension, unease ...

..

....

......

As sages like Ramana said:

" Meditation is your real nature. "

They also said:

" Thoughts are Only obstruction to the

inherent peace and joy. "

They also said:

" Witnessing is your nature, and, the

work automatically happens in your

presence. "

and,

" Thoughts give rise to the body, which

is the sheet of all diseases and pain. "

Sitting on a couch, a rocking chair, a

bus ...

You can easily mediate.

Walking, running, making love ...

You can easily meditate ...

Even gardening, carrying water, doing

laundry, or many other physical

activities ...

You can mediate.

How do you mediate ...

when you are 'attacked' by someone

with purpose to harm, damage or finish

you ...

.....and, you are required to either

present a 'defense' or get killed (

....meaning relinquish, lose that for

which the fight is )

How do you mediate ...

When, you get 'attacked' by your

competitors, opposition, enemies and

you are required to present your

'defense' if you are going to survive.

How do you mediate ...

When, you are 'required' to strategize

and plan for such defense and attack.

How do you mediates, ...when doing

this strategize and planning.

Poetry, art, insight, new idea ...

can easily come to you, it can arrive,

....and, you can be in meditation,

witnessing, or, you can just be almost

an 'empty' channel.

But, how do you mediate ...

When, trying to 'evaluate' many

options ...

When trying to 'choose', 'select',

'judge', ...when, trying to

'anticipate', guess, strategize and

plan the future or 'review' and learn

from the past ?

How do you mediate ...

when deciding .... " where to buy a

house or not " , what stocks to buys or

sell, which company to join, which

career to choose, which school to send

your kid to, where to settle, where to

invest, ...or, " how to pay your debt " ,

..... " how to save on taxes " ...

Or, how do you mediate ...

" when, you file your taxes, especially

when looking for and taking advantage

of the loop holes " ...

How do you mediate ....

when planning how to gain more 'money'

( or power ) or how to 'protect' what

you have either through 'investing',

" looking for opportunity " , " taking

advantage of opportunity or situation " ,

" making sure that those in power are

happy " ,

or ...by, 'cheating',

'grouching', 'fooling' others ?

You {the assumption(s)} are the question.

Your question...the question for you...as you are.
