OK, so I'm not breathing consciously, nor am I smiling. What is my relationship to this present moment at this point? OK, now I have a big shit-eating grin on my face and I'm breathing very consciously. So now, at this point, presumably I am closer to the present moment than just a minute ago when I was not doing either. No, I don't think so, feller. Ya gotsta go back to the drawing board on this one, I think. Or not. May the Lord consciously breathe in and through you and may He bring a smile to your face and may you be even closer to the present moment than you are right this very minute, i.e. NOW.
