We must also be aware of that the idea of losing time is itself more

often than not a form of worrying.

 

I can imagine I would be so very relaxed and peaceful if I could

regard time as being less important than the now. But my thinking mind

and my emotions still dwell restlessly, nervously, jittery on topics

about " my time " . It is so very clear to me that ideas about time is my

main cause of negative emotions. I think time and fear are closely

related; almost as if they are one and the same phenomenon.

 

What we need is IMO a more relaxed and balanced relationship with

time. A more intelligent relation to time and an expansion of

awareness in this moment.

Am I separarate from the Now? Can the Now die? If not, then only

something separate from Now can die, so if I can die I am separate

from Now.
