I can imagine I would be so very relaxed and peaceful if I could regard time as being less important than the now. But my thinking mind and my emotions still dwell restlessly, nervously, jittery on topics about " my time " . It is so very clear to me that ideas about time is my main cause of negative emotions. I think time and fear are closely related; almost as if they are one and the same phenomenon. What we need is IMO a more relaxed and balanced relationship with time. A more intelligent relation to time and an expansion of awareness in this moment. al.

Can the Now die? If not, then only something separate from Now can die, so if I can die I am separate from Now. al.
