fear in enlightenment & zen

Yes it is a seeking to escape for some, and for others it is a never

ending exercise. However, under the radar in the mind is the sneaking

belief that somehow, on Mokshsa we will individually enjoy the

experience. So the fear is assuaged somewhat, for it is a fear of

extinction of Ego. Ego will survive as long as a separate thought
