You lose yourself. When you focus on 'yourself', ....you lose yourself ! When 'you are yourself', you lose everything else ! ..... Easy is good ... Effortless is good ... Easy, effortless is being Natural ... To 'be yourself' means to be at Supreme ease ! <<<<<ooooo>>>>>>> Whenever, you are NOT at ease ... You are 'trying' to be " something else " ! ...... When you DEEPLY Witness ... that " who " breathes ... ....the breathing slows Down, and, the " who " disappears ! .. .... ..... When you DEEPLY inquire ... " Who am I? " ...
