Is your writing here about distraction and global attention - a

distraction?

P: Did you find it distracting? I don't need to escape,

do you? Only each person can tell whether activity is

needed, or is used as a escape from the sense of

isolation called me. Better to pay pay attention to

that sense of separation, because like your shadow

it'll follow you around no matter what you do.

Of course you do, everybody does.

Even (especially) the statement that you don't need to escape is an

escape.

Each statement about oneself is an escape.

Very little activity is needed.

Most activity is escape.
