Guest guest
This is in answer to my question on the Spiritual Humanism site. pretty good stuff! >>So what is our search for wholeness or enlightenment all about?>> (M) Just this: the enlightened, whole person is the most practical guy around. He/she has discovered that this way of living naturally promotes human well-being all around. So why not pursue it? It makes perfect sense. Nothing holy in it. Nothing moral. Nothing good. Just simple practical stuff. Such a person enjoys all their psychophysical potential without the burden of the `I'-state which always has to translate experience into how it could best serve the life-negative and diabolical demands of its own presumed separateness. A life freed from this burden is indeed a good life – in more ways than one!

The 'person' is merely a scripted character. Consciousness is expressing itself through characters. The character is empty.....a mask. It has no life......it is a meat puppet. It does not suffer. It is not asleep. It can never become aware. It can never become enlightened. It simply never did exist. toombaru
